HI folks, thanks for the advice we've had so far - really helpful, as after overheating problems (eventually fitted new water pump and crank pulley (it broke) have had no problems - just needed a water top up but hopefully that's just an airlock working its way out but anyway, on to the question:
how do you get in to change the blasted air filter? I picked one up from Bongobits in Plymouth expecting it to be as straight forward as on any other car but no - not a clue,, and worse, it looks like the blasted thing wouldn't even be able to fit into the housing even if I could get into it.
So, how do you change the ***** air filter. Got really poor mpg at the mo and this is the first port of call,

what an idiot - I forgot the first rule of bongonauting - nothing is what it seems. D'oh - going to hang my head in shame in the corner.
