Hi wiskers, i used WD40 to clean the filter,or you could use nice clean diesel, white spirits, paraffin etc. Watch out for the spring! :shock:

woooo hoooo..She's running like a dream
so to sum up..
Checked for debris in the fuel tank, dumped a whole can of injector cleaner in tank, then filled up old fuel filter with injector...fired her up...took a ride around for 20 mins or so.
Finally found Banjo filter and cleaned that out (it was well gummed up)
ran again for 20 mins or so
Changed air filter and fuel filter.

Shes never reved so loud
