and yes you've guessed it, once bypassed everything went fine. Appologies to francophile & anyone else that pointed to the wire but it realy is concealed well on the new ones now to search for the part no.

Well as it happens the fusible link wire is very well hidden on the newer bongos and yes you've guessed it, once bypassed everything went fine. Appologies to francophile & anyone else that pointed to the wire but it realy is concealed well on the new ones now to search for the part no. again many thanks
