thats a thought it could be moisture coming in through the leaky pump seals,if i hear back from lawson diesel i"ll order some,been putting it off but its looking like a whole weekend on the bongo next weekend,(banjo/pump seals/glow plugs/and two sensors to check) will it ever end ??????......

The "banjo" filter is the last line of defense before any contaminants enter the pump, anything trapped by the filter could eventually gum up the injectors....

If they were A3 in size you'd have a job getting them into place.
I think that bit should have been inserted above the washers.

I think the grommets should be below that as well - I don't fancy cables chafing on zinc plated steel grommets.
