29Nm (in 3 to 4 rounds) then 90 - 105 degrees, then another 90 - 105 degrees. The sequence is difficult to describe so I have a diagram I can email you if you pm me your address. You'll need a 14mm 12 cornered socket to fit the heads.

I used the info in the manual - but I did give them an extra 'nip' at the end, as some felt like they more slack in than others.

Kinda defeats the use of a torque wrench surely SimonSimon Jones wrote:I used the info in the manual - but I did give them an extra 'nip' at the end, as some felt like they more slack in than others.

New bolts should be used every time because they "stretch" to the predetermined setting by the manufacturer - an extra nip could put them beyond the elastic limit and then they are in danger of becoming loose or could shear.

Re: Cylinder Head Torque setting and sequence?
Following the instructions in the manual, they are tightened to 29Nm & then 90-105 degrees, plus another 90-105 degrees. Give or take the error on the torque wrench, plus the 180-210 range on the angular rotation, I think its only going to be a couple of degrees over. The bolts were replaced a few weeks ago, but the head has been removed & installed again since then. They were less the max length specified in the manual, so I'm hoping they will be fine. I guess time will tell.
