I did mine with a spray can of White Grease a few weeks ago, since the roof had started needing a push to get it to stop beeping when being raised. It's now much smoother in operation, but I struggled to get any grease into the highest runners tucked up in the roof - the "straw" on the can just isn't long enough. Anyone found a solution to reaching these?
Lubing the middle runner of the sliding door also made a huge difference to it's smoothness - it was getting a bit crotchety about opening when parked on a slope.
