This is also in a previous pimp posting - -
I filled in the external fog housing screw fitting holes ( left and right sides ) using plastic filler and the fog housing is actually held in place with clear silicon sealant. I fitted the fog when I imported the Bongo which was quite a while ago now and it has not budged . The red light itself is held in place in the housing by two small screws accessed from behind the bumper when it is in place.
Before final fitting I spray painted the fog light housing in satin black but you could use silver ( available from Ian's shop) to match the bumper

Dont know if my original thread survives, but there might be some tips in there. One tip - keep the cut out scraps in case you ever have to do some plastic bumper welding!!!!
