you say you have replaced the water temp sensor,the one at the front of the head,single wire connection.did the garage bleed the coolant system after? the (engine sensor) 2 wire connection which you mention is the fan control switch,it is a good idea to replace this,but please in my opinion use only...

not to bad a job,i did mine recently,all side trims,visors out,think the seat belt top mount as well, the worst bit is the rear heater vents,leave them in the headlining as they are mounted with one way push on clips,like a childs trike wheel!! remove everything else then slide the entire headlining...

they could be the answer!!you could be the test pilot on these.
there are plenty of constant pressure clips available but most of them are expensive,2 clips per hose and all that.

did you bleed it properly after the previous leak, was the system pressure tested,any previous issues??how long did it run hot,were the fans on.

deffo the hot side,particularly the heater loop,both back and front heaters,also the top hose,
which makes sense as its the hottest ,after reading the above,never known a leak on the cold side,bottm hose etc.
