Re: Show us yer insides

Very nice. Am liking the wide bed..

Unfortunately I think JAL only convert their own vehicles, otherwise I could be tempted.

Re: Dead AFT....

Forgot to say that I solved my problem. Despite the handbrake light coming on/off etc, the problem did lie in the switch on the back of the handbrake. Gave it a good spray of switch cleaner, plenty of waggle, and lo and behold, AFT back to normal..

Peter

PS - sounds like there could be some really good musicians or ex musicians on here. What would be the chances of getting a Bongo Band together for one, and one only gig?

Could be a laugh, I wonder where/when/how? I have a digi piano and amps..

Worked with him in v early days. A very gentle person, really quite shy, except when he tried to chat up my Missis at a party..!

RIP, a great talent.

Re: Interior light led swap

Some don't last long, but the one I have posted above seems to be holding ok. Definite improvement over standard tube, IMO. If you really want to light up the van, get a 3m strip of leds, run them round the cabin and hook them up to the rear N/S boot light. I have added a 12v dimmer as well, cause t...

Done and dusted, many thanks. New LED's in there now, but actually not a lot brighter than the old ones. Found a dead, red spider and some other Japanese winged creatures in there..

front cabin lights

Thanks to an old thread (now locked) I've managed to drop the lights down from the roof, but how to change the bulbs? The unit appears to a one piece molding (which of course it can't be) but how do I get at the bulbs?

Thanks for any help from those who have gone before me!
