Thanks, had a look today and it looks at least like it is still in place at the gear shift end.... do you know where the wiring loom then goes or do you think I need to start thinking about taking to an auto-electric garage? We do have a good one in Ipswich on Nacton Road.

Hi,

I had the tappets adjusted a while back by a garage in essex, to do this they had to remove the automatic gear handle mechanism and rocker cover etc. Since they have done this and put it back together the hold button simply does nothing at all, no light on dash, just nothing. It had always ...

Safe to move side seatbelt mount points?

Hi all.... just wondered if anyone can help. We have a rear conversion in our Bongo and the original bench seat is now in reverse and becomes the bed. Its a bit like the image shown here.....

Problem solved!!

Just wanted to thank everyone for there help.

Although we haven't definitely diagnosed the original cause of the problem we believe that it might have been the Thermostat being stuck closed. We are going to swap it out on Tuesday.

No, heaters not working.

Also, how do I bleed the system? Is it something I can do from the top of the engine bay or do I need to get underneath? I noticed a small tap near the front of the radiator with an H on it, wasn't sure if that was anything to do with it?
