My mechanic brother says they are not shown in the workshop manual and whilst he could try the 'trace/choose any and change method ...

I have tried the "force" method and short of hanging from the rails, they dont budge (and suffice to say ... I am not a budgerigar!).
So it looks like the brothers tools will have to come out of retirement.

One of my electric window blinds has stopped working!
It sounds like something is 'moving' when the switch is pressed but the blind wont go up or down?

Anyone got any helpful fixes? or any info to repair?
