Crank pulley
Recently i have noticed a metallic rattle when the engine is running so had a look today and found that the crank pulley has separated with the back half coming away from the rubber mount. Question is. Is this repairable or do i need a new pulley? Also does anyone know the size of the crank bolt ...

Re: Metal water pipe
Sorry i meant to let you know how it went but as normal i forgot
I cut the pipe and took it into work. Gave it a good clean up then put a bit of air pressure into it and found there was a very small hole in the brazing of the T piece. So got someone in work to do a good repair job for me ...

Re: Metal water pipe
Thats the one
I think it will have to be cut then joined with a small piece of hose as there doesn't seam enough room to slide it out. Unless someone comes up with an easy way to get it out then i think this is going to be the way i will go

The pipe is clipped to the n/s chassis and runs along bu the side of the engine. When you lift the seat and look down its right there. There is a 'T'piece coming ...

It seems that i have a leak on the 'T' piece on the metal pipe which runs under the passengers seat.
I'v got all the hoses off and away from all the clips. But HOW! do i get the pipe out from the van? Im getting to the point of cutting it in half and then just joining it back together with a hose ...
