Crank pulley
Recently i have noticed a metallic rattle when the engine is running so had a look today and found that the crank pulley has separated with the back half coming away from the rubber mount. Question is. Is this repairable or do i need a new pulley? Also does anyone know the size of the crank bolt. The largest socket i got is 36mm and thats a bit to small.

Re: Crank pulley
The part that has separated is a damper built into the pulley I reckon you will need a pulley, don't know what the bolt is

Re: Crank pulley
You'll also need a locking tool to hold the pulley while u tighten the 38mm bolt Probs easier to bung a garage £20 to fit it for you.

Re: Crank pulley
Andy, I've dropped you a message regarding a spare pulley. If you'd like it, please let me know ASAP as I'll have to source 38mm socket to get it off
Cheers
