Re: CD/radio/MP3, need help and advice.

While you are at Halfords ask about there 'rip speed' CD/ DVD players, they are doing some good deals at the moment ( credit crunch and all that!) I have just fitted one, best bit of kit I've fitted for a while The Mazda standard ISO connectors are all you need to fit a CD/ DVD/MP3 etc player That r...

Re: portable leisure battery can this be done

Taking a battery home is a 'reasonable excuse' just after purchase but having it there for use on your hols or a day out isn't I think the stupidity of having a loose battery in the foot well of a van would make any insurance company rub its hands together as a way out of paying for damage/ compensa...

Re: Tyre question?

Stick with the 195's ( they are only about £35 each fitted and balanced up here in the West Mids. Barum Vanis tyres) 185 is a bit to thin when you consider about 65 to 70% of all braking force hits the floor through your front tyres when braking........ If you are 4WD all your tyres should be the sa...

Re: portable leisure battery can this be done

For what it costs, you would be better putting it here http://www.xrv.org.uk/photopost/data/500/medium/Mazda_Bongo_1997_010.jpg I think my battery tray/ battery/ split charger circuit and installation was a smidge over £100 as I had it done at the same time as my weekender conversion.... I don't thi...
