Re: Scavenger Fan Override?
I have had no problems overriding my scavenger fan with out the use of a resistor, but the LED on the 12 volt switch doesn`t light.the voltage measures 5V.Anybody any ideas if there is a switch available that will light at that voltage?

Re: Scavenger Fan Override?
I by passed my sensor because my sound killer sheet cuts it off from the engine, with no side effects. When I tow my caravan I switch it permanently only problem is the led on the switch wont light because there is only a 5 volt feed.

Re: New Bongo owner with temperature gauge not working
Hi when I first picked up my bongo the temperature gauge hardly worked, turned out to be a faulty thermostat.
A low coolant alarm I think is essential I have also fitted an audible temperature alarm linked to the temperature gauge
which also makes the gauge accurate [cant remember what its called ...

Re: COOLANT ALARM CONSTANTLY GOIN OFF
I have had this problem, every time the screws were cleaned things worked fine for a week and then slowly the alarm started murmuring and sounding full time.Eventually changed from red to blue anti freeze and all works perfectly now.Hope this helps and you get yours sorted.

Re: CENTRAL LOCKING LOCKS OK BUT DOESN'T UNLOCK
Hi I hope there is an answer because mine does the same,it's fine in summer but when the temperature drops it locks fine but then the drivers door always unlocks, other doors erratic sometimes twitching, delayed action or nothing.Replaced drivers door loom and relay but the problem persists in winter ...

Re: Scavenger fan.
I've done the same as you, short cicuited the sensor with a switch.I always switch on the scavenger fan permamently when towing, not had any problems apart from the switch LED doesn`t light I think because ther's only a 5 Volt feed.
