Hi when I first picked up my bongo the temperature gauge hardly worked,turned out to be a faulty thermostat.
A low coolant alarm I think is essential I have also fitted an audible temperature alarm linked to the temperature gauge
which also makes the gauge accurate [cant remember what its called and my Bongo isnt outside]
