Would also be worth checking the ATF level too, before you do any refresh. It could be low. There are guides on how to do this but engine needs to be hot and a good 20/30 min run, and it is checked whilst the engine is running and in park.

Wondering if i need to drain the entire system to do this, it says on that page to drain it but as its near the top i would assume i can just catch whatever comes out as best i can and then refill the expansion tank.

I cant see any underseal either, although it has not had any advisories on the MOT for rust issues other than a general corrosion on the underside one.
