Re: Twin front exhaust pipes for v6 petrol
Out of interest what part has failed and why ?
There's exhaust gas leaking from the joint of the pipes before the cat, where the down pipes meet
It doesn't just need a new gasket ? https://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/code=4000AB&cat=a2ajra0a&vin=&imgno=.html#9
There available it ...

Re: Twin front exhaust pipes for v6 petrol
You might need to ring a few of the spares places up to find the V6 front exhaust down pipes, rare!
Yes the V6 needs bleeding same as the diesel, unless vacuum filled of course, having said that you don't hear of many coolant bleeding problems with the V6.

Glow plug issues
Gonna be a stupid question but should the glow plug rail be negative?
Second, does anyone have a photo of the wiring connectors on the glow plug relay ,as I'm not sure they are correct
I've popped 2 fuseable link wires already.

Re: Unsure tbh
Thank you so much , yes my fan is on constantly. I was hoping it was the reason why my bongo wouldn't start.
I was having trouble with starting, it would start OK but soo after it would struggle until it got warm , so I had my glow plugs changed and now it won't run at all

Unsure tbh
Hi peeps,
I have a problem with a broken connector located on the side of the engine under the glow plug rail.
It looks like plastic and has 2 pins .
I have attached a couple of photos because my description might be vague

Aft control relay
Hi , does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 2 block connectors that plug into the box , I have a micro switch sensor missing on the passenger front side and one of the wires is too short to join so I'm thinking of disabling the warning buzzer .
Thanks
Thanks
