The local garage to me is good and if i ask if they need to go near the coolant in any way they will tell me. If try so I will limp the hour to allens.

Re: ATF Leak 200 miles from home!!
Bugger!
I can see where the leak is now I have cleaned it up a bit.... I will never wear this 3 piece suit again!...... It's the thin'ish metal pipe on top right under the body. looks like someone has done a bodge job on it before. There is a small piece of rubber tube about an inch long.... that's ...

ATF Leak 200 miles from home!!
Hi Everyone,
I have just driven from Devon to Oxford to work for a couple of days and when I went out to lunch just now I see a pool of fluid stretching from midway to the rea of the van. Also some blown up the sides a bit. It's coming from the Auto box pipework somewhere. Problem is since chugging ...

I second penguin.
I have the same conversion/fridge. Mine wouldn't start up and they were very helpful in diagnosing the controller unit as faulty. They will also test components if you send to them.
Some trouble shooting videos they made were very useful too, shows how to bypass components to ...

Hi everyone,
Would installing something like this just be a case of connecting the controller directly to my LB?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Photonic-Universe-controller-battery-caravan/dp/B008BV8CIW/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
I know it's only 20W but just looking to extend the battery life ...

Re: tappety after oil change
Hi,
Thanks for all the advice. I am just going to leave it as is and then do another change at a much shorter interval in a few months. When I say black and old I meant like tar. I have an electric fluid pump that has done many diesel oil changes in the past and it really struggled to extract the ...

tappety after oil change
Hi eveyone,
Did an oil and filter change on my new bongo. It was so black and thick I was shocked. I used QX 10w 40 semi synthetic diesel/pertol oil and a Mann filter. Supposed to be good for diesel engines. After the change I can notice what sounds like tappets louder than before the change. Is ...
