To what torque setting do i tighten the head bolts on my engine?

I have a major problem with my 2001 Mazda Bongo Friendee 2l.

I was driving to work at about 80kmph and the engine all of a sudden cut out. The 'hold' light was flashing and the rev counter went to 0.

Yeaht i found that on here and it is usefull apart from my bongo is a 2001 model so i doubt the astra lights would fit.
I am hoping i can maybe somehow bend the bracket or manufacture a new hole so the light faces the right way. but i also think that the mirror unit point ...
