Re: Stuck Ignition Key
It could just be the steering lock. Twist the steering wheel from side to side it might free itself.grafack wrote:Hi

Re: Alternative Cat Flap. ACF
I'd love to see this in the flesh. It's a shame that you lose the skylight, but looks neat, nevertheless. Hi Matt, let me know when you are there and I will pop over and let you and the family try it out. It would be a good test and your input would be appreciated. I am surprised that no one has do...

Re: Alternative Cat Flap. ACF
That looks great, I didn't think there would be enough room to lift the flap from that end but it looks fine. One thing I can't quite see from the photo, is the small hatch hinged at the back or just resting on its edge? The hatch is hinged at the back. I drilled out the pop rivets on the main sect...

Re: Alternative Cat Flap. ACF
I like the sound of this. Since our twins arrived, I've been thinking of getting the cat flap installed. Was it an easy job to mount the hinges? Anyway, looking forward to seeing the pics. Hi, Mounting the hinges is no problem. There is a corresponding attachment bolt at the opposite end of the inn...

Alternative Cat Flap. ACF. DO NOT DELETE
In another post Bongo-Bubble asks Has anyone turned the inner roof/hatch round? http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=48367 I was thinking along the lines of turning it around, mounting the hinge point above the cab and using the small floor above the cab as a cat flap at t...

Re: 15" steel wheel wanted
I don't believe it is a legal requirement to carry a spare wheel & therefore probably no obligation for seller to provide one. Whether its better to have no wheel at all or one which is 10+ years old & perished, I can't really say. Either way, Jim has done the sensible thing to source a ful...

Re: 15" steel wheel wanted
Hi Jim, lucky you. It seems that people 'Down South' can give them away but not offer them to people who advertise in 'Stuff Wanted/ Free Stuff/Swap'. http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=56728 I am sure that members who have changed over to alloys will have 'Steel Wheels' ...

Re: Multiple temperature sensors (Arduino)
I've got the arduino logging to SD card. Performed minor brain surgery on the Bongo this evening, including tapping off the TPS voltage from one of the ECU connectors. A couple of dozen zip ties and a meter or two of electrical tape later, here is what I've got... http://i1224.photobucket.com/album...
