Flashing again!!

Had problems with flashing orange coil light on dash took it to garage and he changed glow plug relay and glow plugs, light stopped flashing for two weeks then today started flashing again further to this 10amp fuse blown again, think this might be related, the fuse is under stearing wheel in the top left as you are looking at it (? interior light fuse as that not working) any ideas??

if its the very 1st fuse on the top row, then this is for the interior,so put in a new fuse and see if the coil light goes out.

if it doesnt, then........if i remember correctly then you may have a problem with your scavenger fans.... if you type in flashing coil light in the search facility this comes up....(3rd question down)
