Oil Filter. ford ranger/Bongo

Post by Seeker » Sat Dec 09, 2006 2:26 pm

Hi has anyone tried using an Oil Filter for a Ford Ranger WL on a Bongo WL are they the same?
I can bet oil filters from my local CAr Parts shop and wondered if they were a direct replacement?

Yes I know there are plenty of suppliers of oil filters on the net but popping down to Car Parts has got to be easier and cheaper than paying postage etc. :D

Oil Filters

I asked in my local motor parts shop and they actually had a reference for an oil filter for the Bongo and had some in stock.
Only problem was it costs more than getting one posted from the bongo parts suppliers on this web site.
It appears that the bongo speciallists or the club do sell the cheapest replacement oil filters.

Do a search for Bongo Oil Filter on Ebay and you will see they range from £2.50 to £9.83, how does this compare with what you paid?

Cheers Adam that will be very useful. Close enough for me to pop over and get them from Sutton.
