Fog light switch

Hi all, does the fog light switch light up, I have fitted two of these and neither light up, the fog light itself works fine, thank you.

It needs to have a visible "dot" but not required to light up with an internal lamp as I recall.

Thank you for replying, the switch itself is on the dash next to the head light adjustment control,
