Help!!!!! Fault codes ?????? TPS, timing solenoid

Please can I ask for some advice … we have a bongo with flashing hold light but seems to drive fine. Diagnosed with fault 12, throttle position sensor and 64, 3-2 timing solonoid…. Yesterday we replaced the throttle position sensor and re diagnosed today and it’s not showing 12 (still), 64 (still) and new 16 which is egr position sensor. Has anyone had this before and can think why the TPS fault is still there? (We have checked the TPS on a bench and all readings are fine)

So are codes 12 and 64 still being shown or not ? you start by saying it's not showing .... but then say (still) so not clear what you mean ?
However be aware that these are error codes and not fault codes, one device with a fault can cause several linked/associated devices to report errors because they are being affected by the actual fault but are not themselves faulty.
