2.5L V6 aux belt tensioner pulley alternative part

Hi all,

It's been a while since i posted something here or on fb.
But, the one and only Dutch Bongo is still alive.

2 days ago my aux belt tensioner pulley gave up on me.
It was melted off completely, only the bearing was left.

I had a weekend trip planned, so ordering from the UK to NL wasn't an option.

After a lot of Google researching parts i ended up buying a pulley used in different brands that looked the same and had similar dimensions.

To be honest, without having original pulley the exact dimensions were unknown to me.

Partno. 532067610, brand INA (schaeffler).
Diameter 75mm and 26mm wide, 17mm inner bearing size.

It looked like a perfect fit to the v6 Bongo, only the original washer didn't fit. So a different washer has to do the trick.

So far so good, done about 50 kilometers without a problem.

This part is also much much much cheaper at 30 euro's.
Mazdabongo.com has the original pulley for about 140 £..

If you don't see any updates on this post for a while, that means that it's working!

Might be good to save this, for future reference and saving a lot of money!
