Eastnor Castle 26 – 30 September 2024 Bongos & Friends

One of our favourite quiet meets. For our weekend the dates are Thursday 26 to 30 September. The campsite no longer accepts individual bookings. So, with the help of Terri, I have booked our group as a rally from 11am on the 26th until 12 noon on the 30th.

You will not be able to extend your stay before or after the meet – sorry.

The rally rate per night is £11.00 (one piece of good news) and you will need to book with me direct:

Send me a deposit of £20.00 as soon as you can via PayPal to [email protected] (name of account ‘Susan J McBride’), and include a message to confirm what day you will be arriving/how many nights. If you forget to include the message, text or message me direct. The deposit MAY be refundable depending on circumstances of cancellation and how much notice you give me. If you don’t want to use PayPal, contact me but it will be your responsibility to get the money to me in time.

Send the balance the same way by no later than end of Friday 13th September. If I don’t receive full payment by then your deposit may be forfeited. You can send the whole amount in one go if you prefer.

If you haven’t paid a deposit and 13th September has gone by, but you decide you want to joint us, contact me and I’ll see what I can do, but the whole payment will be due immediately - I need to confirm numbers with Eastnor Castle Estate Office.

GENERAL STUFF
There are ample fresh water points in the park as well as cesspit emptying points. There are NO showers, toilets or electrical hook ups. All campers MUST have their own toilet facilities. BBQs are permitted but MUST BE OFF THE GROUND to protect the parkland (subject to weather restrictions).

Fishing is available in the lakes on the Deer Park, and is complimentary for all camping guests.

Access to the Deer Park Campsite is 24 hours per day. A gate code will be sent to you once you have completed your full booking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
