Bongo bouncing around like I am sea

Experiencing a very soft bouncy ride so I suspect I need new shock absorbers, has anyone else had this problem and know a decent garage in the midlands that can do the repair?

Yes quite common on this age of vehicle, if your a Member of the club there is a spreadsheet in the members file area of recommended garages by area etc.
