hello all

rear drivers side indicator not working

Rear lights work passenger side indicator works i have checked bulb even swapped bulb for other side , checked fuses but i would have thought that effect lights a well

ive put a multimeter on and that shows current when indiactor is switched on

p plate 96 diesel bongo if that makes a difference


any help greatly received

Maybe try removing the rear driver's side light cluster and review the spider web inside. The little audible warning unit for reversing (if fitted) has caused me problems in the past, along with poor connections from towbar electrical connections etc.

Worth checking the earth, maybe just run a new one.

Plus, is the brake light working?

If its getting power and is well earthed it will be the bulb holder that is at fault .Try cleaning the contacts .

all rear lights are working fine ive tried cleaning contacts ,

taken relevant fuses out and checked those and cleaned those contact too

ive tried new bulbs and tried taking the one from other side that works and still nothing
