Blind....Rods?

The main electric blind (covers the sliding door window) has broken as the rod in the blind has snapped on both sides, so when you press the button, the remaining bits at the side go up.... but the blind doesn't.

Looking online trying to find this part but it seems impossible - am I best trying to get to a breakers yard or just replacing the whole unit?

Yup! If it really is only the bar itself it might be possible to repair it but there a bit of a job to drop out and replace the blind itself without extra complications as it is.
