As it’s behind the bumper and under arch does it need to be exact? The bit with the plastic bumper support is usually suspect as well. How’s the rear cross member?

There really isn't any major part missing, merely the attachment points;

More than likely one of many voids that are now opening up after all these years. Which rear arch replacements have you gone for, sprinter or the custom ones from Bongo Spares?

Bongo spares , expensive but your paying for the development , they look to fit very well

I think they look better, the Sprinter ones don’t seem to have the correct curve and as you say they are a lot less faffing about. I see they have their own front cross member in thicker gauge steel. Good to see these old vehicles ‘saved’ for a few more years.

Nice job. Well done. Will you be doing the spray painting as well?

If one was to replace both rear arches, how much would you be looking to budget for? I think it's just one of those things that all Bongos eventually need in time!

The arches themselves are not expensive. You can get a pair for about 70 Euros if not cheaper. It's the cutting, welding and respray that increases the cost. I'd budget for aroung 800 Euros if I was you.
