evening
we have a 2003 2L bongo Aero city runner and wanted to fit some Dickie seats to the back of the driver/passenger seats but can't see an obvious fixing point which matches the holes in the dickie seats. Any clues or do they only work on certain models?

Have you lifted the carpet and looked underneath ? They used to be on all the versions, but if not fitted then the carpet wasn't cut so hides the holes as the nuts are fixed into the chassis on all the ones I've seen.

Fantastic! Yep lifted the carpet and bolt holes there. Just need to get the bolts.

You just need M8 bolts as I am using M8 allen bolts to hold my sub box platform in place in the dickie seat mounting holes.

Can anyone advise the length of M8 needed?
Thanks!

The part number is 90786-0825B but a Google search doesn't come up with any dimensions only sites with them for sale ....

Without removing one I would guess about 12mm.

I tried a few and 25mm was about perfect. 40mm fit but it’s a lot of tightening and sticks out the other end.
Next question… is there a way of tightening or otherwise stopping the seat from folding all the way down? I know they are technically footrests but very easy to fold with any amount of weight. Maybe it’s the two I bought from bongospares or I’m doing something wrong but fairly useless seats.
The stopper (1) moves around to the small bump - and a small amount of force pops it over (2) at which point the seat has folded down on itself.

Push the front seat fully forwards and backrest to the screen and then flip the footrest over and it becomes the dickie seat!

ahhh that makes a lot more sense. I was thinking to disassemble the mechanism and stick a long bolt where that bump is. thanks!
