Very interesting Geoff. I probably misread it but EU regulation 2018/1832 seemed to be saying they had no option? It appears to be that our Politicians when they converted the EU Reg's into UK law, in there normal incompetent way, they have caused the problem because they classed the vehicles as cars and not commercial/light good vehicles. Expecting out politicians to own up to there error might be asking a bit much .....
