I'm proposing a weekend Meet at Bishops Lydeard Campsite, Greenway House, over the weekend 11-13 October 2019.

This is a basic site, no ehu or loo/shower block, and priced at a very reasonable £10 per night.

Large, level, field, few minutes walk to the West Somerset Railway, brewery with micro-pub next to the station, and 2 more pubs in the village, food available.

The red timetable is running Saturday & Sunday, no trains Friday or Monday.

I've spoken to the owner and they're happy to have us so if there is any interest I'll contact them, then please book direct with the site.

We obvioulsy need an idea of numbers before I get in touch so please post here. 8)

Note the above, you must have your own toilet facilities. :wink:

Any more news on this meet yet? How many are likely to attend?

Though the summer will be over by then - it's something to look forward to :D

I just called the site because I realised I hadn't. I've booked in for the 2 nights, 11 and 12 October, but she said she has no one else booked in for that weekend, so I said I'd get you to contact her.
