How to remove rear air con heat exchanger????

I need to get my crusty sills done and body shop needs to have the rear air con heat exchanger removed.... question is how do I get to it? Doesn’t seem to be access from underneath so I assume it will have to come out from the inside which means taking the side conversion out I suppose

Any pointers from those in the know?

The heater matrix has already been removed.
