Bongo 2.5td oil cooler/ core plug help???

Hi everyone, my bongo was leaking coolant and upon inspection found to be a hairline crack in the oil cooler housing, once removed (very long process) found some pieces of metal behind, also looks like a core plug missing, but cannot find any info or pictures to explain and cannot find any core plugs to replace with, any help will be greatfull you received, can't seem to attach some photos of the area??
