Hi All,

Would probably by useful if there was a brief fact sheet on this as it appears I am not the only person struggling to get correct M8 bolt.

It is suggested on here that a 1.5 or 15 mm thread is required.

Standard thread size for M8 I believe is 0.7 mm.

If it is 1.5 supplier links would also be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

If its the threaded inserts in the roof, be sure to use a corrosion proof / stainless steel bolt. If they bind at all you can have a fun time trying to get them out as the inserts may lose their grip on the roof structure (from old half remembered memory!)
