Leeds has become the second city (after London) to introduce a clean air zone. This will be within the outer ring road and will apply to HGVs, taxis and buses. But it will not apply to private vehicles. Not yet anyway.

I can see the need for an update to my sta nav to allow journey planning to avoid clean air zones ... similar to avoid toll roads.
