Headlight ceramic connectors??

I've got a P Reg, 2.5L and I had a headlight that went dim so I replaced it only to have the other side do the same thing. Then the new bulb went dim so upon further investigation I've found that I can wiggle the dim lights connector and it fixes the issue. Now just tonight, there were no headlights at all until I wiggled the connectors. Seems that this is a known fault so my question is, which ceramic connectors do I need to fix this?? Just any 3 wire H4 ones?

If you enter ceramic AND connectors in the search box you should get some old threads returned, such as this one:

Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Yep, H4 ceramic connectors.
Cheap and readily available.

You may need to clean the connectors in the original plugs, and possibly tighten them a little (long nosed pliers, gentle squeeze) to get a good conection to the new leads.
Free and simple to do.
