Sheared manifold stud

I have a suspected sheared manifold stud on my 98 2.5l bongo. Can anyone recommend somewhere to put this right, I live near Lancaster and the closer the better.

Off the top of my head (40 miles) Wheelquick, in Wigan, are top Bongo experts.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.
