the 2 little bolts that bolt the egr pipe onto the inlet elbow strip off the thread for fun, treat them gently, oh and have lots of cleaning cloths about, itll be bad in there, spray cans of oven cleaner work wonders, its cheap from the pound shop type shops and does a brill job.

or there is another way. but dont do it in the kitchen :)

Ha,nice one thanks. It has a small leak dripping down the side of the engine, so I guess it must be pretty gunked up in there, will I get away with using the old gasket?

Personaly I wouldn't skimp on a gasket, you'll swear if you have to re do it.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

Hi,whilst taking the intake manifold and gubbins from the bongo I noticed that the little green one way valve had broken. Is there anywhere I can purchase a new one rather quickly? Also maybe better quality? :?
