You can get new ones, but they are very expensive and have to come from Japan. For second hand, try George at www.bongospares.co.uk

I have found out you can not buy rear shocker brackets you have to buy full number 5 rear cross member which has rear shocker hanging brackets welded to it.

Blimey - that sounds like a major undertaking?

A decent non franchise bodyshop would be able to make up something.
I have restored many cars in the past and nothing is impossible when it comes to body repair its a question of economics usually.
Look for a smaller repairer who does restorations.

That was my suspicion also, good to hear it from someone whose background gives weight to their words.
