I have non ABS model. Just wondering if they are dual circuit? As I gather these are safer.

Cool thanks. I was speaking to my dad and he was talking about an old mini estate he had that did not have it and he was left with the land brake so he said it might be worth knowing.

My 1957 Austin A35 had dual line brakes ..
The front brakes where hydraulic .. the back brakes mechanical by steel handbrake type of cable attached to the rear of the master cylinder ..
As the hydraulic piston for the front brakes moved forward .. the cables attached to the back of it pulled the the linkage to the rear brakes ..
