coolant system over pressure
water system is overheating and over pressuring does not seem to be leaking any where water levels seem ok both fans are running from start up did have issue with pump about 4months ago as it had slow leak fitted new and seemed to resolve problem.
Re: coolant system over pressure
Hi,the fans should not run from start up,unless you are using the AC.It would be worthwhile checking the pump drive belt/thermostat/radiator flow and at least bleed the cooling system.
If you vehicle is a Diesel I would also get a sniffer test done .
PS if it is over pressurizing the usually spew coolant from the header tank worthwhile checking the header tank cap.

Re: coolant system over pressure
What was the resolution to your previous coolant loss episode in 2014? Was it resolved by new water pump that was recently changed?

What is the level like in the header tank and have you tried bleeding the system yet?
