Removing main fuse.

We have a large parasitic battery drain and I am going through fuse removal to try and isolate the cause. I have ruled out all the under bonnet fuses except the 100 amp main. How is this fuse removed? It looks like it's bolted in.
1998 green and silver V6 called 'Blossom'
2004 white 2 litre tin top called Buzz.

It is you need to release the terminal and flip it over!
