Wiper Relay?

Is there a relay on the wipers? I've looked everywhere but can't find one.

No relays involved just the stalk switches and the homing contact on the wipers themselves.

Do none of the functions work, slow, fast, intermittent? Have you tried putting 12 volts direct to the motor ?
