side door trim..?

side door trim..?

Conversion going well....so far... Obviously with the height difference in the floor the side door trim no longer fits despite hacking lumps off the bottom. Do any companies make a deeper trim or do we need to raise the tread height? Will this cause issues with the tool kit access?
