Need To Find Pipe Mounting Grommet

Post by Mark Elvin » Thu Sep 25, 2014 6:38 am

Have an annoying knock on idle & shut down. I've isolated it the a damaged grommet the supports the engie bay pipework, part no 13-363H here http://lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/c ... mgno=.html

Does anybody know where to source a suitable equivalent please?

If you expand the relevant line in the table on the left of the Lush Projects page you will get the actual part number: R20513363 (13363H is the drawing reference). Most parts can be ordered from larger main Mazda dealerships who have access to the Japanese parts database & Ian can probably also order these in for you too. You can probably get a used on from a breaker although it may also be knackered.

If it were me, I'd probably look to source & modify a large rubber grommet or similar which would do the same job.

Ian got that part for me. More than a tenner which felt expensive for a rubber washer but that's the price for having something specially imported! Whilst waiting for delivery I ran fine with some different sized grommets doing the same job.
