96 2.5 TD Dash Vent removal/replace

I have a split in my center dash vent - has anyone tried to get these out? I used a very thin butter knife trying one side then the other but they won't shift. I risked as much side ways force as I dare - I don't want to break anything. Any clues? Will need a replacement is there a compatible vent that will fit? Thanks

Buy some replacements first: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/mazda-bongo-h ... 2a408d0dc1 and then you should be able to see how they fix in place.

Thanks NB & SJ - not any further forwards - theres a complete dash for £40 I might end up doing that at this rate lol
