Bongo not shifting up

I have a problem with the Bongo in that it doesn't shift up to 4th.

I videoed the fault codes for the transmission from the diagnostics box thing:

(There is a slight bit of repeat in the video) It looks to me as though it is 6 and 62? Which is the 'Vehicle speed sensor' and the '3-4 shift solenoid valve'

Is one a likely cause of another or are there two problems? (Or have I read the codes wrong?)
